We do not offer refunds for any products purchased from our website.
2. Replacement Policy for Damaged or Defective Products
We only provide replacements for products that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement:

You must provide us with a clear unboxing video showing the damage or defect from the moment the package is opened.

The request for replacement must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
3. Replacement Process

Ship the product back to us in its original packaging (shipping details will be provided by our team).

Once we receive the returned product and verify the damage or defect, we will dispatch a replacement product to you at no extra cost.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns or replacements for:

Products that have been used.

Products without their original packaging and tags.

Products returned without proof of damage (unboxing video).

Products reported after the replacement request period.
